Image cropping and EXIF data removal (GPS location, device info, timestamp) happen in your browser before upload. We never receive the unprocessed image.
The system is fully automated. Orders, video generation, and deletions are all handled by machines following pre-set workflows. No human has access.
As soon as the video is delivered, the photo is automatically and irreversibly deleted. We don't archive, store, or share it with any third party.

Yes. A single order can hold as many videos as you have children to surprise. Each one gets its own name, its own photo and its own finished video.
The discount is worked out for you: 20% off the second video and 30% off from the third onwards. There is nothing to type in.

Whichever suits your family: picking the date is the first step of the order. On 6 December the message comes from Santa, on 24 December from the Angel. Both are personalised the same way, and both come in the same three packages — what differs is the story, the imagery and the voice. If you cannot choose, you can have both: those are two separate videos.
Your order is followed straight away by a link where you enter the name and, if you like, a photo. From that moment the secret link to the finished video reaches your inbox in 12 hours. In a hurry? Express delivery can be added to any package: your order moves to the front of the queue and the video is usually ready in 15 minutes. If the fault is ours, we fix it and make the video again. Most typos surface in time anyway: once you have entered the name you can hear how Santa will say it. We cannot take responsibility for details entered incorrectly, so if you are unsure, write to us first.
What you are buying is personalised video content produced with the help of artificial intelligence. The purchase gives you the right to watch it: the video does not become your property, cannot be downloaded and cannot be passed on.
If you upload a photo, it is processed on our own closed servers and nowhere else. We never hand it to an external AI service, and we delete it permanently once the video is finished.
